General

All services offered by Paul The Seer are for entertainment purposes only, and we cannot promise or guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service.
You must be 18 + years of age to use any of the services and either be the bill payer or have permission from the bill payer to make the call.

All calls to our premium rate live Reader services are Recorded and this is a regulation of Phone Pay Plus in the UK.
Calls to our Credit Card booking or Customer Services/care Lines, are also Recorded for Security purposes.

Paul The Seer believes that all Readers to be the best available and they are self employed, sub contracted readers and as such Paul The Seer does not have control over the content of any readings and there fore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose.

 wPaul The Seer will therefore not be liable or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Premium Rate Telephone Service:

Live 0906 calls are charged at £1-50 at all times. PhonePayPlus Regulated. Service Provider, Service provider InverOak POBOX 10015, Chelmsford, CM1 9HH. Calls from mobiles may be higher.  Psychic lines are open from 7am-2am daily.  Callers must be 18 or over and all calls are recorded. For entertainment purposes only. 

Calls to our Live Services from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute from BT Lines, call costs via other network or service providers may vary please check with your supplier including mobile phones may pay higher. You must be 18+ years of age and the service is for entertainment purposes only.


Credit Card Services:

To use our Credit Card services you must be either the Card holder or the Card holder must be present with you when the booking is being made.

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis.
The Client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a premium rate to receive the return message.
If a UK Phone is being used outside the UK on a “Roaming” basis addition costs to the operators standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below and may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK Networks:
Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2.
Orange users and possibly other networks are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.

The Charge for our Live Service is £1.50 (may need more than 1 reply) per message received, you must be over the age of 18+ only, Tarot Service £3.00 for three cards.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer service/care line number on 0845 026 6082 Or write to Paul The Seer Address: InverOak PO Box 10015, Chelmsford, CM1 9HH In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.


Credit Card Readings Satisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the next 5 minutes, on calling our customer service /care line number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. 

A clients rights to the above may be withdrawn at Paul The Seer discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Use of Data:
Paul The Seer registered with the ICO (information commissioners Office) under the data protection act as a data controller unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of regular newsletters or promotional SMS text messages.
We will not pass on any personal data or recordings to any third parties unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. Phone Pay Plus or REGTEL.

Barring Of Access:

Paul The Seer may at it’s discretion temporarily or even permanently bar a users access to any or all our services in any of the following circumstances:
User has misused our services in anyway,
Is abusive to company employees or readers,
Is under age,
Has committed an act of fraud against Paul The Seer or any of it’s associated companies.

Legal Jurisdiction:

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must be taken place in an English court.
